Who we are

What this website collects

This site has no contact forms and sets no cookies of its own. We do not currently run analytics on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability.

When you contact us

The “text,” “email,” and “call” buttons open your own phone or email app — nothing is submitted to us until you send it. Booking a call uses Google Calendar’s appointment scheduling; Google’s privacy policy applies to that page. When you contact us, we keep what you send (typically your name, business name, city, phone number, and email) to reply, to run the Scorecard you asked for, and, if you become a client, to do the work. We do not sell it or share it with anyone except the service providers we use to operate (email, calendar, rank-tracking, and document tools), and only as needed.

The Scorecard

To produce a Scorecard we look up publicly available information about your business — your Google Business Profile, your website, and Google’s public local search results — using a third-party rank-tracking tool. We do not access any account of yours to do this.

Your choices

Ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing admin@getcallsflowing.com. If you have asked us not to contact you, we won’t, on any channel.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes.
