Accessibility statement
We want this site to work for everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, or magnification.
Statement
What we built in
- Semantic HTML with one main heading per page and a logical heading order.
- Full keyboard operation, a visible focus indicator, and a “skip to content” link.
- Text and background colors chosen to meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast; meaning is never carried by color alone (rank-map graphics also carry numbers and a text legend).
- Large touch targets, no horizontal scrolling on phones, and layouts that hold together at 200% zoom.
- Reduced-motion support: animations stop when your system asks them to.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful graphics, and decorative icons hidden from assistive technology.
- No content hidden in accordions or tabs; FAQs are fully visible.
What we test
Every page type is checked with automated accessibility tooling (axe-core) and by hand with keyboard-only navigation before it is published. Automated checks don’t catch everything, so we treat reports from real people as the most important test.
Third-party pages
Booking uses Google Calendar’s appointment page, and calls happen on Google Meet. We don’t control the accessibility of those services. If either is a barrier, call or text (630) 405-3276 and we will schedule by phone instead.
Tell us
If something on this site doesn’t work for you, email admin@getcallsflowing.com or call (630) 405-3276. Tell us the page and what happened, and we’ll fix it or give you the information another way.
